Returning damaged Items
- We do our very best to ensure that every item we ship will arrive at its destination in the best condition possible.
- Due to circumstances out of our control, though, we understand that damages do sometimes still occur in transit, and will gladly exchange or refund any damaged items within 21 days of order delivery.
- All returns must be authorized prior to return, click here for more information on return authorization. Note that all unauthorized returns will be denied and returned to sender.
