What is Fat Beats' Return/Cancellation Policy?

• ALL Apparel sales are FINAL
• You can return or exchange any unopened or defective vinyl, cd, cassette, or equipment/accessories items within 30 days of order shipment for store credit.
• If returning items, please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit - returns may be refused if we receive damaged products with inadequate packaging
• Any valid return request initiated after 30 days of order shipment will be refunded in store credit.
• Any return request initiated after 90 days of order shipment will be denied, barring any extraneous circumstances.
• If you receive a defective item, or one that you feel does not fit the description or condition described on our site, you must initiate a claim within 60 days of receipt. For obvious practical reasons, we cannot accept claims of this nature after that window has elapsed.
