Pre-orders

Pre-orders allow you to secure copies of new releases ahead of the release date, and as soon as information becomes available on them. Pre-orders ship with the intent of getting them to you by the street date, usually the week before.

Payment for pre-orders/orders containing pre-orders are captured at checkout, not when your pre-order is shipped. We use this process because it helps ensure that you are secured a copy of your desired record/cd/cassette right away. 

All orders, including those containing pre-order items, are required to hold until all items are in stock and ready to ship. If you'd like to split your order to ship all in stock separately, please get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Due to the capricious nature of vinyl manufacturing, release dates sometimes change for reasons beyond our control. We'll let you know via e-mail as soon as we learn of a delay on a pre-order that you have pending.
