If an item that you have on order is temporarily out of stock, we'll e-mail you as soon as possible letting you know about the back-order and asking if you want to hold for the restock, substitute it for something else in the same general price range or cancel that item and, if applicable, ship the rest of your order out immediately.
We will only hold your order for back-orders if we're certain that we'll be getting additional stock of that item in and are able to provide you with a solid restock ETA, either directly from the distributor/manufacturer in question or our own warehouse. If we're not able to get a concrete ETA on when we'll have more copies of a certain item, that item will be refunded immediately, and we'll inform you of the issue.
